10:00 AM — The Melt opens to the public. Free burgers for the first 100 guests start at 10:00 AM, not at 4:00 PM.

4:00 PM — City of Monterey Park ribbon cutting. This is a City of Monterey Park ceremony, not a Chamber ribbon cutting.
