Join the Monterey Park Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with The Melt as they celebrate their grand opening in Monterey Park. Tuesday, September 1, 2026 2020 S. Atlantic Blvd, Monterey Park, CA 91754 10:00 AM — The Melt opens to the public. Free burgers for the first 100 guests start at 10:00 AM. 4:00 PM — City of Monterey Park ribbon cutting (hosted by the City of Monterey Park, not the Chamber) Spin to Win prizes and more Come at 10:00 AM if you want a free burger. Those first 100 will likely be gone well before the afternoon ceremony. Chamber members and officials are invited throughout opening day, with complimentary meals for Chamber and officials.
