Hi everyone,

What a wonderful first training day! Orientation brought our contestants together to meet one another, meet the pageant committee, get assigned mentors, and hear what’s coming in the sessions ahead. Thank you for showing up with such great energy.

Here’s a quick update ahead of Session 2, plus a few resources to keep handy.

Please note: There’s been some mixed information about arrival time. 12:00 PM is the correct time for contestants. Kindly help us share this with anyone who may have heard otherwise.

Media waiver

Turn in your signed media waiver at the next meeting if you haven’t already. A printable copy is linked below.

Sponsorship letter

Use the printable sponsorship letter draft that was passed out during orientation (download link below) when reaching out to supporters.

Beauty & Wellness Class

Committee members Wing Dupont (former Miss Hong Kong) and Victoria Yip (Miss LA Chinatown 2026) are putting together a beauty, health, and wellness class they’d love our contestants to know about.

This class is separate from the official MPCC training program — we’re simply helping get the word out. More details to come soon.
